May 2025 – Nov 2025, London & Berlin. Leading design for next-generation web products and establishing a new design language and design system to streamline web platform development. Designed a data-rich internal dashboard to track product and operational efficiency. Building the web product design team through strategic hiring.

Jun 2019 – May 2025, London. Built and led the product design function, growing a team of designers and UI engineers, and delivered an integrated web platform for end-to-end trade management (Neon). Developed scalable design systems and internal tools to streamline development and boost operational efficiency. Mentored junior designers and contributed to brand strategy.

Mar 2019 – Jun 2019, Jigsaw XYZ (now Motive Partners). Developed a comprehensive Design System for a white-label retail banking mobile app. Created detailed user flows and high-fidelity prototypes demonstrating key user journeys.
